Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) is an official document that signifies legitimate ownership of a motor vehicle. How to Pay STNK Taxes Online in the SIGNAL Application?

Here are the steps to pay STNK taxes online through the SIGNAL application:

1. Select the vehicle that has been previously added.
2. After selecting the vehicle, the system will display the amount of motor vehicle tax and SWDKLLJ that must be paid.
3. Choose whether you want to use the delivery option or not.
4. You will receive a Payment Code afterward.
5. Make the payment through the partnered receiving agents, such as Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and BTN.
6. After payment, you will receive a payment receipt from the receiving agent.
7. You will receive E-Confirmation, E-TBPKP, and E-KD proofs within the application.
8. If you chose the delivery option in step 3, the physical TBPKP will be sent to your address.

Conditions for Printing STNK After Paying Online

After paying the vehicle tax, the next step is to print the STNK. You can print the STNK online, but first, you must meet several requirements as follows:

1. The vehicle is registered in the vehicle administration system.
2. There are no outstanding vehicle tax payments.
3. Have internet access and compatible devices.

For printing STNK after online payment, there are two options: do it yourself or at the Samsat office. Here are the different procedures for both methods:

Printing STNK After Paying Online Yourself

To print STNK online, follow these steps: 

1. Access the Samsat Online website by opening its official address in your browser.
2. Choose the desired service, in this case, the STNK print option.
3. Fill in the required vehicle data such as license plate number, chassis number, and engine number, then click "Search" for the next process.
4. After finding the vehicle data, select the type of STNK to be printed, such as new STNK, extension, or replacement.
5. The payment process is done through the Samsat Online website by selecting the available payment method and following the given instructions.
6. After payment is completed, you can print the STNK and proof of vehicle tax payment.

Printing STNK After Paying Online at the Samsat Office

If you decide to print STNK at the Samsat office, here are the steps:

1. Prepare the documents consisting of ID card, STNK, and original BPKB along with photocopies of each. Also, prepare the printed ETBPKP.
2. Visit the nearest Samsat office carrying all the prepared documents.
3. Go to the STNK printing counter, submit the documents, and wait until your name is called.
4. When your name is called, the officer will provide the new STNK whose tax has been paid online.
5. As a final step, go to the STNK validation counter with the new STNK to get the validation stamp, indicating that you have paid the vehicle tax.
