Data Junction, Metis team on integration
DATA JUNCTION AND Metis Technologies teamed up Tuesday to add data integration functionality to Metis’ peer-to-peer development platform. The partnership will see Data Junction’s integration technology bundled with Metis MCP 5 to enable developers working in a peer-to-peer environment to integrate data from multiple sources when building Web services and other applications, according to company officials. The ability to pull disparate data into a new Web service application in real-time will speed development time and lower costs, vis-a-vis a server-based development model, officials said. The solution will also allow users to dynamically deploy the application, officials added.
