FileNet CM gains reporting and analytics
ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT software vendor FileNet this week rolled out a reporting and analytics tool designed to help optimize enterprise business processes and boost ROI from BPM (business process management) applications. The tool, dubbed Process Analyzer, uses data collected by FileNet’s BPM product to generate comprehensive tracking metrics and reports, according to company officials in Costa Mesa, Calif. Process Analyzer can help manage business performance by analyzing elements of enterprise operations such as the types of inquiries processed, processing cycle times, customer response times, and productivity per employee, FileNet officials said. In addition, the product can be used to build customized reports on the fly. The OLAP-based Process Analyzer is an add-on module to FileNet’s content management platform.
