Intelliseek boosts search with Coreintellect buy
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE VENDOR Intelliseek on Tuesday acquired Coreintellect, a Dallas-based provider of competitive intelligence technology and enterprise search products. Intelliseek officials in Cincinnati said the company plans to use Coreintellect technology to expand into the areas of competitive intelligence and enterprise search applications. The Coreintellect Core360 platform includes natural language processing search technology, an information-filtering system, a full-text indexing product and a content summarizing tool. Intelliseek plans to integrate the CoreAnswer natural language search capabilities into its ExpressFeedback product and strengthen its Enterprise Search Server platform with unstructured data search support, officials said.
